Hats Off to: Ice cream queen and David Bowie superfan Angelika Kaswalder who has named one of her delicious creations Black Star after the late singer’s final album. Available in her world famous ice-cream parlour in Berlin it consists of chestnut ice-cream with dark chocolate ganache topped with cream flavoured with the smoke of a Cuban cigar. Yummey!
