Kombucha

Chocked full of Equinox Kombucha,  the cellar is fairly bursting with raw energy.      Lady Winifred has recently been educated by her niece Belinda on the importance of drinking this elixir.    Kombucha, originating in China over 2000 years ago, is said to be the elixir of life.  It is itself a live product and purports to give energy to those who drink it.   We are learning about it now and doing our own research.    I have found  more information to help us along our way.
