Hats off to: Algerian engineer Tateh Lehbib Breica who is turning old plastic bottles into bricks. When filled with desert sand they make ideal house building material. This fabulous recycling idea has caught on in the Sahrawi refugee camps located in the Algerian province of Tinduf. Thanks partly to a grant from the UNHCR there are now more than 20 houses under construction. Cheers!
